Jeremy Lawrence, Founder and Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading the organization’s ongoing growth initiatives, with an emphasis on delivering personalized family-centered care.

Jeremy received his Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration and from Park University. Jeremy also served in the US Air Force as a Medical Technician, and now enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Ursula, Founder & Chief Operating Officer brings over 20 years in the healthcare and senior care space with experience as an executive team member, consultant, Director, Supervisor, & Case Manager providing innovative ideas and novel approaches in senior care.

Ursula attended AIBT and earned her Medical Assistance Certification. Ursula also studied at University of Phoenix in the Psychology and Business program. She enjoys spending time with her family, fine dining & traveling.
