Family Caregiver Requirements

The family member wanting to take care of the client must commit to the job; meaning no other jobs in or outside the home

• The family member will receive training provided by us

• The family member will receive a weekly tax free stipend for each day worked

• You live in the home with the person as the primary caregiver and are least 18 years of age.

• Family caregivers can be related biologically or related through marriage; Spouses and legal guardians are not eligible.

• The person you care for is Georgia Medicaid-eligible and enrolled in CCSP/SOURCE waiver program.

• Background checks are required
